Instant Pot Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

lb
dry pasta
we like small shells
4
cups
broth or 4 cups hot water with 1 ½ tablespoon better than bullion paste
3
tablespoon
salted butter
1
cup
shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
2
cups
shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese
1 ½
cup
heavy. cream
1
teaspoon
salt
½
teaspoon
pepper
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
Instructions
In the Instant Pot, combine the dry pasta, broth, and butter.
Place lid to lock and cook 4 minutes.
Quick Steam release (I always use a wooden spoon so as to avoid a steam burn)
Remove lid and stir in cheese, cream, seasonings.
