Apricot Dijon Spiral Glazed Ham

Ingredients
  

  • 1 fully cooked bone-in spiral ham 6 to 8 pounds
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • ½ cup apricot preserves

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place ham in a shallow roasting pan or baking dish. 
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat combine the brown sugar, dijon mustard, and apricot preserves.
  4. Stir until combined.
  5. Continue to stir over medium heat until the mixture comes to a bubble.  Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Spoon half of the glaze over the ham.
  7. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 1 hour.
  8. Spoon the remaining glaze over the ham and bake another 15-30 minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 140° and the ham is heated through.
  9. Serve!
