Last week I took a trip to Arizona all.by.myself. I needed a reset in the biggest way. My brain needed sunshine, my body needed rest, my heart needed reminding of simple Truths. I am amazed and grateful for the opportunity to rest and refresh. The Lord reminded me of the new morning mercies, and that even after the darkest of winter nights, Spring shines bright in its time. That was the biggest reminder. Spring shines bright. ❤️In.It’s.Time ❤️

This weeks joyful motherhood feature is @athomewithnatalie. Natalie is a mom of 6 who strives to celebrate motherhood through the good and bad times. One of my favorite things about Natalie is that whether you’re reading through her blog or scrolling on her Instagram, she really has a way of making you feel like one of her best friends who shares it all with you!

Here is a quote from Natalie that I think is important for all of us to hear! “I’m a mom that shows you can love your life and be joyful even when you have moments that are incredibly hard. I think a lot of us can fall into a trap of thinking we are the only one who messes up or raises our voice or works ourselves too much that we break. I guarantee you…you are surrounded by women who feel the same way. So don’t be too hard on yourself. One thing I’ve learned in my motherhood is that we can’t do it alone and we don’t need to do it ALL.”
