Queso Blanco

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz sliced white American cheese
  • 8 oz shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 4 oz can of diced green chilis
  • ½ cup diced pickled jalapenos
  • ¼ cup petit diced tomatoes from a can works great
  • ½ cup half 'n half

Instructions
 

  1. In a medium sauce pan, combine all ingredients and stir until melted. Stir continually so as not to burn the bottom.
  2. Serve with chips, tacos, tacquitos, and a spoon.
  3. If your canned diced tomatoes, are large diced, use a chopper to dice them nice and fine.
