In a medium mixing bowl, beat together butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add in the flour, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla. Mix well.
Fold in mini chocolate chips, and stir just until combined
Cover bowl and refrigerate for about 1 hour until firm enough to handle
Roll dough in to one inch balls and place on parchment paper. If dough is sticky, add a bit of flour to your hands.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt candy coating according to package directions.
Dip truffles in chocolate and return to parchment paper to set up about 15 minutes. Drizzle with white chocolate
Store in the refrigerator and serve cold.
To keep longer, freeze cookie dough balls before dipping in chocolate. Dip in chocolate on the day you plan to serve them.
