No Bake Avalanche Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz Ghirardelli White Chocolate
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 3 cups rice krispies
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, melt together the white chocolate and peanut butter 30 seconds at a time. Stir frequently and allow to melt slowly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rice krispies and marshmallows.
  3. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal mixture in the bowl and stir to combine.
  4. Drop by large spoonfuls on to wax paper and place in fridge to set up.
  5. Enjoy!
