Instant Pot Mac and Cheese

This Mac and Cheese is so simple and so fast. If that doesn't win you over, the fact that it is the best-tasting homemade Mac ever should seal the deal!

1 lb dry pasta

4 cups broth (4 cups hot water and 1 ½ tablespoon bullion paste)

Cook 4 minutes, then quick release

  1. In the Instant Pot, combine the dry pasta, broth, and butter.
  2. Place lid to lock and cook 4 minutes.
  3. Quick Steam release (I always use a wooden spoon so as to avoid a steam burn)
  4. Remove lid and stir in cheese, cream, seasonings.
  5. Enjoy!
