Need a “go-to” veggie that your kids will devour? Or you? These are the winner. My mom made these for us growing up and I always cleaned my plate. These carrots are so yummy with just a hint of sweet.
These are such a fast and easy side dish. All done in one pan and you won’t need to pay any attention to it while they are cooking. That’s my kind of side dish.
Sweet Glazed Carrots
4 medium or large carrots, peeled and sliced in 1/2 inch to 1 inch pieces
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp brown sugar.
1. Bring everything to a boil in a medium sauce pan. Cover and let simmer until carrots are tender. About 15-20 minutes
