Merry Christmas!  Thanks for hanging in here with me while I was away from the blog for a bit.  We are all healthy now and ready to enjoy lots of holiday treats and parties. I am headed to a cookie exchange this weekend and I cannot wait to share these amazing Texas Sheet Cake Cookies. I LOVE Sheet cakes!

My mother-in-love makes the most amazing Texas Sheet Cake.  When I saw that the recipe could be converted into a cookie, I knew that I had to share them with all my friends.  I bet you wish you were attending this cookie party!

Let's jump right into the fun.  These are easy to make but do not, in any way, follow a traditional cookie recipe.  I don't know of any other cookies that are made like these.  On that note, I don't think there are any cookies that even come close to tasting like these either. (But please try them all and let me know your thoughts 😀)

  1. Those look delicious and Im gona make them! Your instructions don't include the addition of flour so I thought Id point that out. Does it get added to the other dry ingredients? Thank you!
