How to Seed And Dice Bell Peppers. I was making Chicken Enchilada Pasta and I needed diced red peppers.  Cutting an odd shaped produce can be a bit of a challenge.  And the seeds in these make it even more tricky.  Here is a little video so you can see how I do it.  This was recorded on my phone....so, don't expect great shots 🙂
