Margherita Pita Pizzas
On my way to 100 recipes in 100 days. Here is recipe 77: Margherita Pita Pizza.
Oh wow! This was such a fast and easy lunch to make. And it is light and fresh. Perfect for a spring afternoon.
This could easily be sliced in small squares and served as an appetizer as well. This recipe makes 4 pita pizzas, about enough for 3-4 people for a meal.
