Peanut Butter Cookie Dough (Freezer)
Peanut Butter Cookie Dough
ยผ cup butter, softened
ยผ cup shortening
ยฝ cup packed brown sugar
ยฝ cup granulated sugar
ยฝ teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
ยฝ cup peanut butter
1 โ
cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
ยผ teaspoon salt
*Cream together first 7 ingredients.ย Mix until fluffy.ย Add in remaining ingredients and mix well.
Shape dough in to two 8 inch logs on wax paper.ย Cover with wax paper and then roll in heavy duty foil.ย Freeze up to 3 months.
*To Serve: Let thaw at room temp for 15 minutes.ย Slice frozen logs into ยผ inch slices and place on cookie sheets.ย Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned.
