No Bake Avalanche Cookies
Have you tried mixing white chocolate and peanut butter?! It's amazing! The combination is perfect. You will be hooked at first bite on these No Bake Avalanche Cookies.
The crisp of the Rice Krispies combines with the gooey mini marshmallows makes these love at first taste. The white chocolate and peanut butter could not be a better combo.

These are by far my favorite no-bake cookie. But don't tell my No Bake Fudge Cookies.
Ingredients
- 16 oz Ghirardelli White Chocolate
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 3 cups rice krispies
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt together the white chocolate and peanut butter 30 seconds at a time. Stir frequently and allow to melt slowly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rice krispies and marshmallows.
- Pour chocolate mixture over cereal mixture in the bowl and stir to combine.
- Drop by large spoonfuls on to wax paper and place in fridge to set up.
- Enjoy!
