The Perfect Deviled Eggs


12 hardboiled eggs, peeled
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
* optional *1 Tbsp pickle juice


  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise.  Scoop out yolks into a small mixing bowl.
  2. Add 1/3 cup mayo, 1 tbsp dijon, and 1/4 tsp pepper to yolks and mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Use a bag to pipe the filling back into the eggs.


I typically just buy hard-boiled eggs from Costco.  I love how easy it is!

I make these 1-2 days ahead of time, and they keep really well.
