- 16 oz sliced white American cheese
- 8 oz shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 4 oz can of diced green chilis
- 1/2 cup diced pickled jalapenos
- 1/4 cup petit diced tomatoes (from a can works great)
- 1/2 cup half ‘n half
- In a medium sauce pan, combine all ingredients and stir until melted. Stir continually so as not to burn the bottom.
- Serve with chips, tacos, tacquitos, and a spoon.
- If your canned diced tomatoes, are large diced, use a chopper to dice them nice and fine.
