Spicy Scrambled Egg Sandwich

On my way to 100 recipes in 100 days..  Here is recipe 46: Spicy Scrambled Egg Sandwich!

I have been trying to eat a breakfast with protein and veggies rather than my usual bread and sugar.  I don’t typically like eggs, but this one is just right!  I could eat this every morning.  The flavorings kick this sandwich up a notch.  You could serve this on toast or just as the eggs if you are cutting carbs.  I sprinkle with a bit of cheese and chow down.

  1. This looks like a winner...the only change I'd make is that I would bake my own English Muffins!

    1. I have yet to try making my own English muffins. Any tips? I'd love to give it a try.
