100 recipes in 100 days!! Here is celebration recipe 100! Not only am I celebrating finishing this challenge, but I also reached 10 millions views on my blog last week. Thus, a large cake, chocolate cake, Hershey’s Perfect Chocolate Cake… You know I love cake.

Hershey’s Perfect Chocolate Cake
*recipe from Hershey’s*
2 cups granulated sugar
1 3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup Hershey’s Special Dark Cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup boiling water
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 9 inch round cake pans
2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the first six ingredients (sugar through salt). Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla, beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water. The batter will be thin. Pour in to prepared pans and bake for 35-40 minutes. Allow cakes to cool slightly before turning out onto wire racks to cool completely.
3. Frost with One Bowl Chocolate Frosting

6 Tbsp butter, soft to room temp
2 2/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients and beat with an electric mixer.
