Lemon Zest Buttercream Frosting
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup lemon zest
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 5 cups powder sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat together butter and powder sugar until fluffy.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Use on your favorite cakes and cupcakes
