On my way to 100 recipes in 100 days. Here is recipe 66: No Bake Peanut Butter Bars!
My husband I have decided that the Reece’s Peanut Butter Eggs have the perfect chocolate to peanut butter ratio. These bars also meet that standard. And the fact that they are no bake makes them a real winner.
I cut these bars nice and big for the picture, but even if you are a sweet eating pro like me, you will want to cut these to small pieces.
No Bake Peanut Butter Bars
1 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
4 Tbsp peanut butter
1. Melt butter and 1 cup peanut butter in microwave. Add graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar. Mix until well blended. Press into ungreased 9X13 pan.
2. Melt chocolate chips with 4 Tbsp peanut butter in microwave and spread on top of graham cracker mixture. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
