This Cheater Chicken Parmesan is the perfect dinner to whip up on a busy weeknight.  Keep all the ingredients in your pantry and freezer and you will always be ready to serve a comfort food dinner to guests and family.  Everything about this recipe is so easy!

Our family loves Chicken Parmesan.  In fact, I also have recipes for Baked Chicken Parmesan Casserole and Chicken Parmesan Meatballs.  Try them all….I know you will be glad you did.

    FrozenPankoChicken

Lets talk about this frozen Panko Chicken from Costco.  I always keep one or two bags of it on hand.  I use it to make this Cheater Chicken Parmesan along with so many other things.  Try my recipe for Crispy Lemon Chicken for another great way to use this frozen chicken.

Now, on to this super easy and delicious dinner.  Open a jar of marinara (I always keep this kirkland sauce in my pantry) and pour about 1/2 cup in to the bottom of a greased baking dish.

A package of boiled penne pasta? Yes please!  You can use any pasta you have on hand.  Boil it according to the package directions and pour it in the baking dish on top of the sauce.

Top with the baked panko chicken.  Doesn’t that crispy golden chicken look so beautiful?!

Ok, now pour the rest of the jar of sauce on top of this all.  Next we will get to the cheese…..it’s my favorite part.

    Helllooooooo, you beautiful mozzarella!

Put all of those slices of mozzarella on top of the sauce and lightly sprinkle with parsley flakes.  Now, you can use shredded mozzarella if that is what you have on hand.  But, I just LOOOVE thick slices of fresh mozzarella.

Look at all of this beauty ready to devour. MMMMMmmmm.  Enjoy!

Today I wanted to chat a little bit about how I sh Today I wanted to chat a little bit about how I share my faith with others. It can be hard to figure out where to start, but by sharing your faith with even one person you've already made a difference.

Share your faith with those around you authentically. It's important to show that your life isn't perfect. Talk about the good and the bad and what God has done for you in those times! Talking about God and His faithfulness each day helps create a natural flow. Talk about God often through the day in casual settings and just in conversation.

Pray for those you interact with. Pray for God to place someone in your life who needs Him.

Of course, my greatest way of sharing my faith is with you all. I love that we've created a community here full of joyfulness and rejoicing in God’s perfect ways. I've been able to write about my own experiences (good and bad/hard) on the blog and here on Instagram, in a way where I'm able to encourage and really connect with new friends.

If you ever need any advice I'm always here! Tag someone in the comments you want to pray for today. Or simply leave us your 🙏 to spread a little joy 💕

This travel schooling adventure has been nothing s This travel schooling adventure has been nothing short of amazing. We have finished out 2 weeks on the road and we have driven over 2,000 miles! We zigzagged across Utah and went through the center of Arizona.

My very favorite scenery so far has been Arches National Park. My goodness…..it is stunning! We went twice to Goblin Valley to play on all of the big red rocks.

We still have about 5 more days before we get home and plenty more to explore.

We are creating memories that will bond us for life and I am so so thankful for this special time together.
